Sabine has worked on making services future-proof, contracting, pricing, and implementation, while simultaneously aligning IT delivery with changing legal requirements and customer expectations. These experiences shape her vision for her new role at IG&H.

'The transition to the Wtp has clearly shown how essential collaboration and transparency are for success. Especially when design and implementation occur simultaneously, managing expectations is just as important as delivering on time. The sector needs real partnerships and clear communication to manage complexity and create sustainable value. This applies not only during the current Wtp transition but also in the long term, for example, in achieving seamless digitization, innovative forms of participant interaction, and a technology agenda focused on integration, scalability, and agility. I look forward to actively contributing to this,' said Van Gompel.
