Since 2013, SKEPP has been connecting thousands of companies annually with progressive office providers. In 2017, it made the decision to enter neighboring countries Germany and Belgium, after which the company is now also starting in Switzerland, Austria, France, and Spain. The current expansion is a response to the rapidly growing flexible office market in these countries. Since 2010, this flexible office industry in the United States has grown by more than 20 percent, as evidenced by figures from JLL. This market is currently also growing rapidly in Europe.
User experience SKEPP through digital VR tours
Through the expansion into different European countries, the proptech company offers a user experience in these countries by providing virtual reality tours as a service. A rental candidate can digitally request a VR tour of the property. The rental candidate then receives a VR headset by mail. This way, companies can orient themselves more easily and quickly, viewing multiple locations per hour instead of taking days for it. Another advantage is that a company can also do this in the evening while the office building is already closed.
'This VR tour, alongside high-quality photos, progressive videos, current availability, and clear floor plans, is part of the effort to elevate the content to the highest possible level,' Joost explains. Renting office space thus brings many advantages.
Custom digital interior design SKEPP
Immediately after the tour, the rental candidate receives a rental offer in their mailbox. Subsequently, a personal designer from SKEPP creates an interior design for the office space the rental candidate is interested in. The candidate can directly acquire the interior and its furnishings from SKEPP.
Acquiring the furnishings is part of a custom design build package, where you rent furniture or use the rent-to-own option. Purchasing the furniture is also an option. When renting, it is possible to scale the furniture up and down at the push of a button. Scaling up is also easily achievable with the rent-to-own and purchase options.
