Altix professionalizes the support for investors while maintaining the personal character of the platform. The organization, which is currently active in the Netherlands and Belgium, brings a clear focus per market, tailored to the phase in which investors find themselves. "Investors are not only looking for access to private equity," says Cesco van der Vliet, co-founder of Altix. "But especially for peace of mind, clarity, and a partner who thinks along about the long term. Charlotte knows where content matters and where connection makes the

difference. Joachim builds relationships with an eye on the next ten years. Together they strengthen our approach in the Benelux.'

Deepening in the Netherlands

In the Netherlands, Altix strengthens relationships with (existing) investors with the appointment of L├Âwenthal as the new Director Investor Solutions. L├Âwenthal guides next steps, structures choices, and brings clarity to long-term decisions. The role shifts the focus from entry moments to jointly building a multi-year investment strategy. L├Âwenthal worked for nearly seven years at IBS Capital Allies, where he advised wealthy individuals on the management of their assets. During that time, he developed expertise in relationship management and long-term support, emphasizing trust, personal attention, and continuity. "Building sustainable relationships that go beyond ├®├®n transaction gives me a lot of satisfaction. Altix offers me the opportunity to contribute to the further growth of the organization together with investors," said L├Âwenthal.

Growth in Belgium

In Belgium, Altix focuses on expanding the investor network and deepening collaborations. With the appointment of Declercq as Head of Investor Relations & Partnerships, Altix places these activities at the center of the organization. Declercq combines legal experience in mergers and acquisitions with years of involvement in the Belgian M&A and private equity community. As a former Community Manager, she brought investors, entrepreneurs, and professionals together structurally and developed insight into market dynamics. Within Altix, she connects investors and funds and joins as a third partner in the Belgian founding team, alongside Cedric Carbonez and Manfred Krcmar. From that role, she strengthens the strategic positioning of Altix in Belgium. Declercq: 'Private equity is about trust, content, and the right people at the right time. This approach forms the basis for sustainable relationships with investors in Belgium.'
