Technological expertise with customer focus

Classen brings more than twenty years of experience in product management and technological leadership. He has held various senior positions at international B2B SaaS companies, including as Head of Product Development at the German NetCologne and later as Head of Group R&D at Serviceware SE, where he was responsible for the broader Research & Development (R&D) division.

In the past nine years, Classen shaped the product strategy for large-scale, AI-based software platforms with millions of European users as Chief Product Officer and Managing Director at Enreach Netherlands and Germany. His years of experience with R&D and applying AI within complex product platforms provide a solid foundation for his new role at TOPdesk.
